Terms of Use

The terms governing your use of EnduroMate. Last updated: 22 August 2026.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EnduroMate app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is provided by:

Eligibility and age

The Service is intended for off-road riders aged 18 and over (adults). It is not directed to anyone under 18.

Our role — a platform

EnduroMate provides tools to record, navigate and — where you choose — share routes. Content such as routes, photos and comments is created by users. We do not pre-screen every route or post, and we do not warrant the legality, safety or accuracy of user content.

Your content and sharing

Content you record or upload ("User Content") stays private to you unless you choose to share it. Where the Service offers sharing features, each is separate and opt-in, with its own consent: (a) de-identified sharing — your route is detached from your account and added to an aggregated/de-identified set that may be available to other users and used by us (see licence below); and (b) community publishing — you publish a route under your name together with photos and notes, visible to other users. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time; withdrawal does not affect already de-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.

Licence to your shared content

For User Content you choose to share, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish and commercially exploit it — in particular de-identified and aggregated route data — to operate and improve the Service and related products.

You represent and warrant that: you have the rights necessary to share the User Content; for any photos or media, you have the rights and the consent of every person depicted; and the content does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law.

Responsibility for lawful and safe riding

You are solely responsible for complying with the law of every country or area where you ride or record (traffic law, forestry law, protected areas / Natura 2000, private land, permits), and for riding only where it is permitted. The presence of a route in the Service does not mean it is legal or safe to ride. You are responsible for using appropriate safety equipment and for judging your own ability and the terrain.

Prohibited uses

You must not: upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content; share routes through areas where access or riding is prohibited; upload other people's personal data without their consent; or circumvent technical measures or otherwise harm the Service.

Reporting and removal of content

You can report unlawful or inappropriate content to support@enduromate.eu. On receiving a substantiated report we act without undue delay (for example, removing or disabling the content), consistent with the EU Digital Services Act. We have no general obligation to monitor content proactively.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and the routes are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness or availability. Routes may be outdated or inaccurate; terrain changes and GPS drifts. Do not rely solely on the app for navigation or safety — always carry independent means of orientation and emergency communication.

Assumption of risk

Off-road and enduro riding is inherently dangerous. You take part at your own risk and accept the associated risks (injury, damage, death). We are not liable for misuse, accidents or damage arising from your use of the Service or the routes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (in particular for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our fault).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or of the law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified within the Service, with a new "last updated" date.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Greek law applies. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law.

Language

These Terms are drafted in English and Greek. Any translation into another language is provided for convenience only; in case of discrepancy, the English version prevails. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
