Delete your account & data

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately:

1. Open EnduroMate and go to the Profile tab.
2. Make sure you're signed in, then tap Delete account.
3. Confirm in the dialog. Your account and cloud data are deleted right away and you're signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in or access the app, send us a message through our contact form — include the email you registered with — and ask us to delete your account. We action these requests within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our servers:

• Your account identity (the email / sign-in used to create the account).
• Every route you synced — summaries, GPS geometry, elevation and statistics.
• All navigation cues attached to those routes.

This action cannot be undone. Deletion is immediate; any copies in routine encrypted infrastructure backups are purged on their normal rotation (within 30 days).

What is not deleted

Routes saved only on your device (for example, rides you recorded offline and never synced) stay on the phone — they're yours to keep. To remove those too, delete the routes in the app or uninstall EnduroMate, which clears all of its on-device data.

Emergency SOS contacts, your alert audio, and app settings are stored only on your device, not on our servers, and are removed when you uninstall the app.
